I'm a current Alphalink Member, can I keep my Alphalink email address? Back to top

Yes. Chariot will honour your Alphalink address for as long as you continue to have a current plan regardless of the connection type.
All new email addresses will be issued in the Chariot format. For example, a Victorian customer will have an email address in the form @vic.chariot.net.au.

I want to move to a new ADSL plan, do I need to change my email address? Back to top

No. We will honour your existing email address, however you will be issued with new login details in the Chariot format i.e @vic.chariot.net.au for Victorian customers.


Can I apply for an existing Alphalink ADSL plan if I am not currently an Alphalink ADSL member? Back to top

No, new members must sign up to Chariot plans.

No. To take advantage of these you will need to change your service to Chariot preselect. You can download a form here.

Yes, however new ones will no longer be offered.


How many email free email addresses do I get with Chariot ADSL plans? Back to top

5 - these will be in the Chariot format i.e @vic.chariot.net.au for Victorian customers.


Can I redirect my Chariot email address to my Alphalink email address and vice versa? Back to top

Yes, at no charge - just give us a call on 1300 137 425 and we'll be happy to organise it for you.


If I move from a yearly plan to any Chariot plan, will I receive a credit for the balance of my current account? Back to top

Yes, any credit from your current account will be applied to your new account.

In the short-term, the Alphalink website and webmail will remain as is.
