When emailing Alphalink Administration, please ensure you include your Alphalink login name, or your Alphalink email address. This helps us to identify you quickly and respond to your email more efficiently.

Please do not send attachments as this will delay a response. Our system automatically deletes all attachments that come in for security reasons, and your email will be placed in a virus quarantine area until we have verified that your email does not contain a virus. If there is something you wish to include, please paste it inside your email in plain text.

All emails to administration generate an automated response back to the sender to acknowledge that we have recieved your message. Each automated response has a report number. We use this report number to track your enquiry and to make sure that you are getting the best possible assistance. Please quote this report number whenever contacting us.

Please do not add service@chariot.net.au to your mailing list and email humorous (or otherwise) files etc. We do not have the time to look at them, and they delay replies to legitimate enquiries.

If you are a current member wishing to change your password, you will need to call us on 1300 137 425. It is not possible to change a password via email or by fax.

If you are a current member experiencing technical problems, such as dropouts, poor connection speeds, etc, please consult our Online Help Files or email service@chariot.net.au.

If you are a current member and require account information of any kind, such as expiry dates of your account or wish to notify us of a change of address, you can call us on 1300 137 425 or email your details/enquiry to service@chariot.net.au.

If you are reporting abuse by one of our members, please include the full header of the email, or a log of the hack attempt which includes the time, date and IP of the offender in text format. No action can be taken if the full header information is not included.

If you are enquiring about becoming a member, you have a number of options:

  • Call us on 1300 137 425 to have an application form and information mailed to you.
  • Email us requesting an application form and information or
  • Visit our Accounts page to download an application form from the web.
